Opening Hours

We are open from 07.30 until 18.00, Monday to Friday.

 

We are closed on Bank Holidays (no fees payable when the nursery is closed).

 

 

Fees Information

 

• Fees are payable weekly or monthly in advance. Fees can be paid by cheque, cash, debit card or by direct debit. Childcare vouchers are also accepted.
• Full fees are payable during absences for holidays or sickness as nursery costs are still incurred. We require one months notice for surrender of a place.
• Mid morning snacks, afternoon snacks and tea are included in our fees. Lunches are provided at an additional charge. Please see our catering section for full details.
• Booked sessions will be charged at full rate.
• As staffing is planned to meet booked session times, parents and carers are asked to adhere to these times. Children must arrive on or after booked session time and be picked up on time.
• Fees paid monthly will be invoiced on the first Monday of the month. Any adjustments will be made in the following months invoice.
• We receive funding from the government for each child from the term after their third birthday. This entitles each child up to 15 hours per week at nursery free of charge.
• Accounts should not be allowed to fall into arrears as we depend on regular payments to meet our ongoing expenses. Should unexpected financial problems arise, parents should discuss this with June Jones as soon as possible. All cases will be treated sympathetically and in confidence.
• Parents will be informed of price increases by letter the month before the increase comes into effect.

Standard Fees

 

Fees from July 6 2015 are £4.05 per hour

plus increments over and above full hours of:

£1.00 up to 15 minutes

£2.00 up 30 minutes

£3.00 up 45 minutes

£4.05 up to 1 hour

Healthy mid morning snacks, afternoon snacks and tea are included in our fees, which includes a wide range of fruit. Standard milk is provided.

Before and After School Sessions

 

Before School Session fees are £2.00 After School Session fees from 7 July are £9.50 per session (from 15.15 until 18.00)

 

The fee is the same for any time within this range.

 

The fee includes pick up from some local schools.

Holiday Care

 

Fees are £3.00 per hour
